What is the process to link Aadhar Card with a Voter ID Card?
The process of linking Aadhar Card with Voter ID Card will start on 1st August
2022. The government has also started working offline to link Voter ID
Cards with Aadhar Card. In which people who do not have a smartphone and will
not be able to process it online, then they will be able to link their Aadhar
Card with voter ID card offline as well.
For those who do not have Aadhar Card and due to this will not be able to link
their Aadhar Card with a Voter ID Card, then for them also the government has
given information here to submit any of the 11 documents notified.
So if you have a person whose voter card is made but his Aadhar card is not
made because as you all know that if the fingerprint is not available then the
Aadhar card cannot be made. So for those people, the government has given the
option here that they can submit 11 types of documents.

So if you want to link your Aadhar card with your Voter ID card then you have
to go to www.nvsp.in portal. Now
you will see the Login / Register option, you have to click on it.
Now if you have already an account on NVSP then you have to enter your
Username and Password otherwise you have to create an account.
Now you have to enter your Mobile Number and Fill the Captcha. After that, you
will get an OTP and after entering OTP you will be a registered user in NVSP
Portal.
- After that, you have to enter your EPIC ID
- Email ID
- Password
Your account will be registered after successfully entering those details.
After that, you can log in to NVSP Portal by entering your mobile number as
your username and password.
The Linking of Voter ID Card and Aadhar Card Process will be started on 1st
August 2022.
Then you can simply find an option in your Dashboard. Now you have to click on
"Information of Aadhar Number by Existing Electors".
Now in the next window, you will have to click on Form 6B.
Form 6B is for Voter ID Card with Aadhar Card.
The name of From 6B is the Letter of Information of Aadhaar number for the
purpose of electoral roll authentication. You have to fill up that form by entering your existing *Aadhar Number,
*Place, and *Captcha Code. After that click on Preview and Submit.
If you don't have an Aadhar Number, then you can scan and upload any
Supportive documents like
MGNREGA Job Card, PAN Card, Bank Passbook, Passport, etc. by clicking
on the option
"I am not able to furnish my Aadhaar Number because I don’t have Aadhaar
number. Therefore, I hereby submit a copy of one of the following
documents".

- Passbooks with photography issued by Bank/Post Office.
- Health Insurance Smart Card issued under the scheme of the Ministry of Labour.
- Driving License.
- PAN Card
- Smart Card issued by RGI under NPR.
- Indian Passport.
- Pension document with a photograph.
- Service Identity card with photograph issued to employees by Central/State Govt./PSUs/Public Limited Companies.
- Official Identity Card issued to MPs/MLAs/MLCs.
- Unique Identity ID (UDID) Card, issued by M/O Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India.
